March Meeting of MIFP 2017


Past Event

The Seventh Annual Meeting of the members of our Institute will take place in Rome (Italy), from 8th to 11th of March, 2017.

The March Meeting is the most important scientific and social event of MIFP of a year. Its attendance is reserved to the Members of the Institute and accompanying persons.
During the March Meeting each Member of the Institute is given 25+5 minutes to present his/her recent research results and scientific achievements.

Upon the arrival, the participants will meet at the Grand Hotel Helio Cabala (Marino) for a welcome party.

There will be an exursion to Pontifical Villa of Castel Gandolfo.

We strongly recommend to the attendees of the March Meeting 2017 taking there the black-tie outfit for the traditional Honoris Causa ceremony.

Program

8th of March:
arrival of participants, celebration of the International Women's Day at the Raffaele restaurant.

9th of March:
lectures, lunch at the Helio Cabala hotel, lectures, dinner in a pizzeria nearby.

10th of March:

  • 9.00-12.00: excursion to the Pope castle at the Castel Gandolfo and lunch in a beautiful lake-view restaurant in Castel Gandolfo.
  • 16.00-18.00: Honoris Causa ceremony at the Helio Cabala hotel. Dress code: black tie.
  • 19.30: Departure for the Social Dinner of MIFP.
  • 20.00: Social dinner at Raffaele.
    • 11th of March:
    departure of the participants.

    Registration Fee
    Participation fee covers all meals including social dinner, welcome cocktails
    Participation fee DOES NOT cover accommodation at Grand Hotel Helio Cabala. The booking has to be made directly at the Hotel.
    Early payment deadline: 15 February 2017

  • PARTICIPANT FEE: € 380,00 (€ 455,00 after the early payment deadline)
  • ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE: € 380,00 (€ 455,00 after the early payment deadline)
  • SUBVENTION FEE: € 680,00

    • Participation fee for short staying*

  • PARTICIPANT FEE: € 85,00 (€ 100,00 after the early payment deadline)

    • * Includes the Doctor Honoris Causa Ceremony at Grand Hotel Helio Cabala (March, 10), welcome cocktail, transfer and dinner at Raffaele’s.
    The fee DOES NOT include accommodation.

    Conditions
