March Meeting 2019


Past Event

The Nine Annual Meeting of the members of our Institute will take place in Rome (Italy), from 27th of February to 2nd of March, 2019.

The March Meeting is the most important scientific and social event of MIFP of a year.
During the March Meeting each Participant is given 25+5 minutes to present his/her recent research results and scientific achievements.

Upon the arrival, the participants will meet at the Grand Hotel Helio Cabala (Marino) for a welcome party.

We strongly recommend to the attendees of the March Meeting 2019 taking there the black-tie outfit for the traditional Honoris Causa ceremony.

Program 27th of February:

  • Arrival of participants.
  • 16.00-18.00: MIFP Council meeting.

    • 28th of February:
  • 9.00-13.00: Scientific program.
  • 13.00-14.30 Lunch.
  • 14.30-19.00 Scientific program.

    • 1st of March:
  • 9.00-13.00: Scientific program.
  • 14:00-15:30 Scientific program.
  • 16.00-18.00: Honoris Causa ceremony at the Helio Cabala hotel. Dress code: black tie.
  • 19.30: Departure for the Social Dinner of MIFP.
  • 20.00: Social dinner at Raffaele.

    • 2nd of March:
  • 9.00-12.00: Conference Tour.
  • Departure of the participants.


    • The conference excursion on Friday morning 2nd of March will bring the meeting participants to the historic area of Castelli Romani.

    Registration Fee
    Participation fee covers welcome cocktail and all meals including social dinner.
    Participation fee DOES NOT cover accommodation at Grand Hotel Helio Cabala. The booking has to be made directly at the Hotel.
    Early payment deadline: 5 February 2019

  • PARTICIPANT FEE: € 440,00 (€ 550,00 after the early payment deadline)
  • ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE: € 430,00 (€ 510,00 after the early payment deadline)
  • SUBVENTION FEE: € 730,00

    • Participation fee for short staying* (only March 1, 2019)

  • PARTICIPANT FEE: € 125,00 (€ 140,00 after the early payment deadline)

    • * Includes the Doctor Honoris Causa Ceremony at Grand Hotel Helio Cabala, launch, transfer and dinner at Raffaele’s. The fee DOES NOT include accommodation.
