International School of Nanophotonics and Photovoltaics 2011
Past Event
The International School of Nanophotonics and Photovoltaics was held on 17-24 of September 2011 in Maratea (PZ), Italy.
The School was devoted to the science and technology of Micro and Nanophotonics and to recent advances in science and technology of organic and hybrid photovoltaic devices, including dye solar cells. Introductory lectures and advanced seminars led the attendee to the world of modern micro/nanostructured optical systems and to the physics of light-matter interaction in low dimensional semiconductors.
This year the School was combined with the project meeting of the European IRSES project ROBOCON "Routes to Bose-Einstein Condensation at Room Temperature". The Administration of MIFP thanks this project for the support in organising the IVth ISNP School 2011 in Maratea.
