The International School of Nanophotonics and Photovoltaics will take place in Tbilisi (Georgia) from 28 of August to 3 of September 2014.
The school is oriented to the PhD students and young researchers specialised in solid state optics, metamaterials, photonic crystals, microcavities, excitonics, photovoltaics, organic semiconductors and related topics.
Lectures will be given by the leading experts in these fields.
The School is organised by Professor Rafael Chikovani from the Georgian Technical University and Professor Alexey Kavokin from MIFP and the University of Southampton.
The Chairman of the Program Committee is Professor Sven Hoefling from University of St. Andrews.
As a result of the school we expect new international collaboration projects.
