The Mediterranean Institute of Fundamental Physics (MIFP) is organizing the International School on Nanophotonics, Photovoltaics and Metamaterials (ISNP-2019) that will be held in Hotel Melia Varadero, Varadero (Cuba) on 12-17 April 2019.

The program of the school will cover modern trends in polaritonics (including polariton lasers, polariton quantum simulators, polariton switches, Bose-Einstein condensation and superfluidity of exciton-polaritons, polariton waveguides); organic, inorganic and hybrid microcavities; Rabi oscillations; metamaterials from optics to THz and microwave frequencies; acoustic metamaterials; perovskites and hybrid solar elements; novel materials and heterostructures for nanophotonics.
