Important Note
All accompanying persons must be registered in advance to ensure efficient organization and avoid disruptions to other registered participants. Unregistered accompanying persons will not be able to take part in the excursion, social dinner, or welcome reception on site.
All presenting authors and non-presenting attendees are expected to obtain funding for their registration fees and travel expenses through their sponsoring organizations.
The registration fee covers session attendance, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks. Details about any social activities will be published separately.
Conference attendance is in person only. No remote presentation option is available.

Visitors to Yerevan can enjoy museums, public squares, cafés, and panoramic views of Mount Ararat, as well as convenient access to important historical and cultural sites in the surrounding region.
The local currency is the Armenian Dram (AMD). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and many shops, although carrying some cash may still be useful.
Participants are encouraged to check current travel and visa requirements in advance and to ensure they have appropriate travel or health insurance for their stay.
