REGISTRATION

To register to the International School on Polaritonics and Photovoltaics fill in the registration form that you find at
www.mifp.eu/ispp17-registration-form.html
and attach the copy of the credit card or bank transfer payment (jpg or pdf files).

REGISTRATION FEE covers the access to the conference hall, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, conference excursion, conference banquet and the conference kit.

Fees don't include what is not specified in fee covers.
NB. The Organization doens't provide any Shuttle Service to transport conference attendees between the airport and the hotel.

Accompanying persons who are not registered can not participate in any of the conference activities. To avoid unpleasant surprises on site, please proceed with the registration.

Participants have to stay in the Fiesta Hotel and the accomodation fee has to be paid together registration fee

The dead-line for early registration is 14th June 2017

The negociated room rate for the school participants are for half board treatment for person
Minimum stay 4 nights
Double room can be booked only if a roommate is specified in the registration form

Prices include 22% of VAT.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments with BONNE DE COMMANDE cannot be accepted

CASH PAYMENTS ON SITE cannot be accepted

REGISTRATION REDUCTIONS for short staying are not available
