The conference will be held in the Tsakhkadzor Writers House Hotel, Tsakhkadzor, Armenia.
Tsakhkadzor is a city and popular health and ski resort in the Kotayk province of Armenia. Tsakhkadzor means valley of flowers in Armenian. The city is located 50 kilometers north of Yerevan, on the southeastern slopes of the Teghenis Mountains, 1750 meters above sea level, surrounded by alpine meadows.
The international airport is located in the capital Yerevan. Transfers will be arranged for all participants from the airport to the conference venue, providing flight details are supplied. The main airline operating out of Yerevan is Armavia, which flies to many European and Middle Eastern airports.

VISAS
A list of nationalities that do not need a visa to enter Armenia can be found here (Russian citizens do not need a visa for example).
For nationalities that do require a visa, one can be obtained on arrival at Zvartnots International Airport (Yerevan), or an e-visa can be obtained in advance - see the Armenian foreign ministry's e-visa homepage.
