They ask for financial details to book rooms in hotels near the conference venue. We wish to highlight the fact that these companies are in no way affiliated with the organizers, they might not be trustworthy and we advise you to be cautious in passing any of your details,
any signed forms or any financial information on to them or to other companies that might contact you offering deals on hotel rooms.
