Important notice - Hotel scam alert

Please be aware that some of our participants have been contacted by some companies that offer hotel booking service for the conference. They ask for financial details to book rooms in hotels near the conference venue. We wish to highlight the fact that these companies are in no way affiliated with the organizers, they might not be trustworthy and we advise you to be cautious in passing any of your details, any signed forms or any financial information on to them or to other companies that might contact you offering deals on hotel rooms.

REGISTRATION INFO

To register to the International Conference on Terahertz Emission, Metamaterials and Nanophotonics fill in the registration form that you find at
events.mifp.eu/services/registration-form-terametanano-2019.html
and attach the payment receipt (jpg or pdf files).

FEES

  • The Full Registration fee is € 600,00 (€ 700,00 after the early registration dead-line)

  • The Student Registration fee is € 550,00 (€ 650,00 after the early registration dead-line)

  • The Accompanying Person fee is € 250,00 (€ 300,00 after the early registration dead-line)

Full Registration and Student Registration fees include Conference Registration, Welcome Cocktail, Social Program, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Gala Dinner.

Accompanying Person fee includes Welcome Cocktail, Social Program, Gala Dinner.

NOTE: Lunch or Dinner included depending on the conference program
